GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION
Devices sold by us are generally covered by a device warranty (2 years for natural person buyers, 1 year for non-natural person buyers) in accordance with applicable regulations.
INFORMATION REGARDING MANDATORY WARRANTY
Zevoza.com guarantees the products it sells and their accessories (hereinafter referred to as the "Product") from the date of purchase until the date specified below.
Mandatory warranty
The warranty period (warranty period) begins with the actual delivery, i.e. the delivery of the product to the customer, or if the service provider or his authorized representative performs the commissioning, on the day of commissioning. If the Customer puts the consumer goods into operation after more than six months from the date of handover, the date of commencement of the warranty period is the day of handover of the consumer goods. 151/2003 on the mandatory guarantee for some consumer durables are considered consumer durables. WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
The mandatory or contractual warranty does not cover damage caused by insufficient maintenance, unauthorized interventions, alterations, misuse, vandalism or unauthorized repairs. The warranty does not cover, but is not limited to, the following defects or damages:
- malfunctions and damages resulting from incorrect or unusual use of the product;
- for malfunctions and damages caused by improper use, accident or negligence and in case of connection to incompatible devices;
- errors or damages caused by improper testing, use, maintenance, commissioning, modification, unauthorized or modified or altered software application;
- damage or breakage of the antenna unless caused by material or manufacturing defects;
- for products that have not been disassembled and repaired at a designated service center;
- damages and errors resulting from the scope, coverage, availability, quality of mobile phone service or operation of the system operated by the mobile service provider;
- defects and damage caused by moisture, liquid or food;
- to the extension cable belonging to the control unit of the product, to the broken tab of the modem;
- for scratches or other damage to the surface of the device, leather and other cases during intended use;
- for products temporarily rented or put into use;
- for parts worn during regular maintenance or normal use
BATTERY INFORMATION
We provide a warranty for the batteries during the period according to the warranty and guarantee rules for the main product. This is 2 years in the case of the accessory warranty, 1-3 years in the case of the mandatory warranty, depending on the selling price. You can extend the life of the battery for a longer period of time if you do not let the device completely discharge. If your device battery drops below 20%, charge it! (Depending on the device, such a charging cycle takes at least 2.5 hours, but can last up to 8 hours.) Battery capacity is greatly affected by the habits of using the product: for example, a phone can work for up to 4-5 days on a single charge, while the same device serves for continuous phone calls, playing music or surfing the Internet, it can be discharged within a few hours. Temperature and humidity also affect the device's battery performance (it lasts the most at 23-26 °C). This information may vary by product and model. Natural loss of battery capacity is not a warranty defect!
FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING THE WARRANTY
A warranty claim can be confirmed with a purchase invoice during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Zevoza.com, at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the defective product without charging a separate fee, as the sole remedy for defective performance. Except as provided by law, under no circumstances will Zevoza.com be liable for damages caused by product failure or data loss, and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of a defective product or loss of use of the product - including, but not limited to, lost profits and non-pecuniary damages. damages such as possible loss of use, time or data, inconvenience, business loss, lost profit or savings.
ABOUT THE REPAIR
The repair period is a maximum of 30 working days from receipt. We cannot provide a replacement device during the repair period. As a result of the repair, the value and usability of the product cannot decrease compared to products that have been used for the same period of time. If during the repair it turns out that the reported error is not of hardware origin (caused by foreign software, improper handling, virus), our company reserves the right to charge the current copyright rate and/or refuse the repair. Regarding the return of a faulty device, please contact our customer service at the email address hello@zevoza.com.
Preserving the packaging of the product is not a condition for making a claim, ie the claim can be made even without the packaging. For repair, it is usually necessary to deliver the complete basic machine in the original packaging with accessories to the service center.

- All products returned for warranty reasons will be imported free of charge from you and we have verified this with the official service provider.
- After the inspection, the service will issue an official report.
- The repaired product will be returned to you by the Gls courier.
- If the service takes more than 30 working days, we will automatically send you a new product or refund the purchase price if the product is missing
- If, after 3 repairs, the product is sent to the service center for the 4th time, we will automatically send you a new product or, in the event of a product shortage, refund the purchase price
- If the product is not defective, or if the error was not caused by the manufacturer, but by the user, then the costs of inspection + transportation are paid by the buyer
For faster processing, please include the following with the returned products:
- Order number
- E-mail photos of the product's condition
- Purchase invoice
- All accessories
- Billing data provided at the time of purchase (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address)
In case of a defective product, include the following in the package:
- Contact person data (name, address, phone number, email address)
- Device warranty letter, addressed to us
- Purchase invoice
- An accurate and detailed description of the error - we would appreciate it if you could send it to us online
- Accessories associated with the error
Other things to do before handing in smartphones:
- Sign out of all accounts (Google account, MI)

- We bear no responsibility for the data in the memory of the received product or on the data carriers supplied with the product.
Factory reset alone is not enough.
Make sure the packaging protects the device and its accessories.
